Theron Kithcart

Theron joined MITC in 2004 as a Software Consultant. Over the years, Theron has taken on many responsibilities and has continued to provide invaluable support, leadership, and expertise to both colleagues and agencies alike.

As the Director of Agency Consultant Services, Theron leads the Agency Consultant team by providing strategic guidance and sharing his expertise to help them support providers effectively. Theron also works directly with agencies to understand their challenges and demonstrate how MITC’s solutions can deliver measurable results to their specific needs.

Theron is a graduate of Hagerstown Business College. In Theron’s free time, you can find him playing golf or spending time with his wife and two daughters, family & friends and his two dogs, Coco and Ruby.
