Travel Time Audit Gap Report

Recently MITC added a new audit report to MITC RS2 Time and Attendance to provide greater visibility into “gaps” in time and attendance where employees might have traveled between clients/jobs or been on lunch breaks.

  • Verify automated travel time calculations are appropriate
  • Spot gaps where employees might be eligible for travel time pay
  • Check employee travel time claims
  • Quickly spot employees clocked out for less than NN minutes for their lunch break

Several customers using this report to audit travel time have requested 3 enhancements to add these options:

  1. Exclude Job Transfers, smoking breaks and other approved short breaks.
  2. Ignore situations where the employee clocked-out and clocked-in again to the same job/client after a short break.
  3. Round times using 7/8 rule

If your organization has any requests, please contact your Implementation Specialist ASAP.

Recapture Units and Hours Procedure

In times of funding uncertainty, providers need to maximize billing. Automating the process of recapturing units and hours boosts revenue and eliminates the cost and risk of manual processes.

Providers across Pennsylvania with 10-2,000 staff rely on MITC staff and client software for Time and Attendance, EVV, Scheduling, Documentation, EHR, Billing, HR and more.

MITC integrates with Promise (and other payers) and HCSIS. Learn more about why so many providers in Pennsylvania use MITC.
