Theron Kithcart

Theron joined MITC in 2004 as a Software Consultant. Over the years, Theron has taken on many responsibilities, and is now a Consultant Team Lead.

As a Consultant Team Lead, Theron helps organizations select the most effective workforce management solution for their needs, whether it is for clients or staff.

Theron is a graduate of Hagerstown Business College. In Theron’s free time, you can find him playing golf or spending time with his wife and two daughters, family & friends and his two dogs, Coco and Ruby.
