James McGrady

James joined MITC in 2015 as a Help Desk Software Consultant. Over the years, James has taken on many responsibilities and is now a Senior Project Manager – Team Lead. During his tenure, James has worked with providers in almost all 50 states.

As a Senior Project Manager – Team Lead, James manages the Project Managers and Software Trainers, and assists during their implementation projects and training webinars. James also works directly with our customers on custom designs and directly manages any a-typical implementations. James provides organizations with best practices, training materials and other resources to ensure they are successful in rolling out their MITC solution.

James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from McDaniel College, MD. James is an avid lover of movies, whose knowledge ranges from classics to marvel films. In James’ spare time, you can likely find him cooking or at a local beer tasting.
