Director of Help Desk Services

Matthew joined MITC in 2011 as a Help Desk Software Consultant. Over the years, Matthew has taken on many responsibilities and is now MITC’s Director of Help Desk Services.

As the Director of Help Desk Services, Matthew manages the help desk environmental teams to ensure high quality, effective services are delivered to MITC customers. Matthew creates and maintains clear standard operating procedures, identifies root causes to provide lasting resolutions, and ensures staff are appropriately trained and utilized.

Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Salisbury University, MD. Matthew enjoys practicing and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, playing video games and working on his small farm.
