Auto Prompt Employees to Clock In/Out
The next release of mySchedules will include the option to automatically text or call an employee to clock out when the shift is about to end.
With text-to-voice, you can auto-call the employee’s mobile.
Accidental or deliberate late departures can cost thousands of dollars per year. If auto-prompting employees to clock out reduces late departures by 20%, the payroll savings will be significant. 15-minute rounding can make the payroll leakage worse by rounding up an 8-minute late departure to 15 minutes!
If the employee ends up in overtime, late departures result in a 50% extra cost.

New version of payroll is available. Includes:

EVV and Time & Attendance Dashboard
The next release of MITC for EVV will include two important upgrades for customers required to submit EVV. The EVV Dashboard tile for edit percentages will allow providers to only include time and attendance for EVV related services, only. This will give providers a more specific result to compare to state mandated edit percentages.
For example, Pennsylvania has announced a 85% goal for EVV to not be edited or entered manually. The EVV Rejection Report will have an option to filter by Timecard Date, which may correspond better with how a provider submits and tracks EVV.
