myMITC Employee Payroll Self Service
New optional application for MITC Payroll customers

Employee Self Scheduling
mySchedules will support Employee Self Scheduling in Q3 2024:
- Providers can use this option for selected or all employees
- Allow independent employees (Case Managers, Therapists, Job Coaches, Nurses, Respite workers and others) to keep track of which clients or job locations they are working with.
- Rearrange their own schedule based on changing circumstances.
- Provide a shareable calendar others can view.
- Managers will have usual access to their employee schedules.
MITC Payroll Tax Filing Service for Federal Forms
New version of payroll is available. Includes:
- Integration with Payroll Tax Filing Services such as ADP
- For customers filing in multiple jurisdictions
- Payroll is still processed in house but the tax filing is out sourced
- Certified Payroll Reports
- Use for special reporting /filing
- Total Employee Payroll Compensation Statement to help with retention
- Includes the value of the employee benefits such as 401K, Medical, HSA etc plus employer taxes
- Share with employees to prior to reviews, along with their W2 at year end

EVV and Time & Attendance Dashboard
The next release of MITC for EVV will include two important upgrades for customers required to submit EVV. The EVV Dashboard tile for edit percentages will allow providers to only include time and attendance for EVV related services, only. This will give providers a more specific result to compare to state mandated edit percentages.
For example, Pennsylvania has announced a 85% goal for EVV to not be edited or entered manually. The EVV Rejection Report will have an option to filter by Timecard Date, which may correspond better with how a provider submits and tracks EVV.

Time and Attendance Dashboard
The main way employees game a time and attendance system is by “forgetting” to clock-in / out when they are late or leaving early and asking their manager to fix their attendance. Payroll leakage can cost 1-5% of gross payroll. Make sure your time and attendance is secure. The dashboard provides real time insights into employees who may be gaming your time and attendance system with excessive edits.
The anticipated release date is 6/15 and special trainings will be provided.
MITCH - Help Desk AI Availability from myMITC
Customers using MITC AI Service or MITC AI Help Desk will be able to report and supervise the usage of their employees of their Private AI. Users will be able to report on the entire history of a chat using user ID and date/time.

The next release of myCommunications will include special functionality for HR and other RS2 Administrators.
