About You
- You enjoy engaging with others, and don’t hesitate to reach out internally and externally.
- You are an excellent communicator and are comfortable communicating via email, phone, and in person.
- You are results driven and enjoy making a difference and having a positive impact.
- You welcome change, and easily shift gears between projects. You learn and course correct when you don’t get the results you want.
- You’re travel ready, and are able to travel throughout the USA (paid for by MITC).
Things You Might Do
- Run outbound marketing campaigns which may include phone calls, emails, mailings, and database updates.
- Create postcard and letter mailings
- Meet with your team to game plan good-fit campaigns
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Utilize excel and outlook to send mail merges.
- Work closely with customers to assess their needs
- Understand the big picture of customer goals and how MITC can help with those initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- No previous experience required as extensive training is provided.

Hybrid Working
Even though MITC workforce is 90% remote, we still need to be thoughtful about where we have staff working. In office attendance is based on team meetings and travel requirements and frequency varies by team. You should plan on 1 day per week in office on average. For those employees who prefer an in-office environment, MITC operates an individual desk-sharing and meeting room plan with plenty of space for all.
Logistics
- Hybrid : 1 days per week in office required
- Travel Required: Average of 1 out of town trip per month (1-2 days in length). Travel paid for by MITC.
- Laptop, mobile phone, and all necessary equipment provided.
