Justin Waldron

Justin joined MITC in 2011 as a Help Desk Software Consultant. Over the years, Justin has taken on many responsibilities and is now MITC’s Director of Services.

As the Director of Services, Justin is the facilitator for MITC’s agile development team and helps the team to self-organize and make changes quickly, in accordance with agile principle. Justin’s main responsibilities are managing the software development projects, organizing testing and running interference between Agency Project Managers, Help Desk and Software Developers regarding gaps, custom requests, defects, omissions.

Justin holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Hood College, MD. Justin enjoys sports, spending time with family & friends and grilling.
