Grace Donaldson

Grace joined MITC in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant. Over the years, Grace has taken on many responsibilities. Grace is now MITC Director of Operations.

As the Director of Operations, Grace oversees the Business Operations Team processing orders, maintaining customer accounts, executing marketing initiatives and keeping internal processes across Accounts Payable, Payroll and HR running smoothly.

Grace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History/Art History from McDaniel College, MD. Grace enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, traveling internationally (she has visited 36 countries so far!) and spending evenings catching up on the Great British Bake-off.
