MITC is looking for new Customer Success Managers to join our Account Management Team!
A Customer Success Manager provides guidance to customers, ensuring they have the products they need to achieve their goals, and understand their value. CSM builds strong relationships, provides support, drives product adoption to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Extensive training is provided by MITC.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with MITC Consultants to help existing customers expand their usage of MITC.
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs, and what MITC software applications might be relevant to each customer.
- Develop strong relationships with customers at different levels including executives and end-users, provide updates, and ensuring they are on track.
- Manage sales cycle for ad-on applications.
- Run White Space Campaigns identifying unmet customer needs or gaps, and creating upsell opportunities that help customers meet their goals.
- Respond to customer In Bound Marketing (IBM) activities.
- Travel to customer events throughout the USA & Canada (Conferences and Exhibitions).

- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with customers via phone, email, video, and in person
- Adaptable & able to problem solve
- Ready to travel
- Bachelor’s Degree

Logistics
- Hybrid : 3 days per week in office required
- Travel Required: Average of 1 out of town trip per month (1-2 days in length). Travel paid for by MITC.
- Laptop, mobile phone, and all necessary equipment provided.
The Whole Package
Location:
Hybrid – Frederick, MD
Compensation:
- Salary: $45,000 – $80,000 with a set up plan based on quarterly evaluation
- Bonus: $5,000 – $15,000
