MITC is looking for a new Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Team!
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee marketing operations, including: improving processes, establishing goals and budgets, analyzing performance, managing marketing technology, and collaboration.
- Assist the Director of Business Operations and CEO to ensure marketing strategies are efficiently executed and optimized for maximum impact.
- Develop an annual plan of conference and exhibition opportunities.
- Work with associations MITC supports to obtain speaking opportunities, and build close relationships with key associations.
- Manage Press Releases for key MITC developments.
- Collaborate with other departments within MITC such as Software Development, Sales, Help Desk, and Project Management.
- Manage CRM Database and resource project completion.
- Produce reporting on key metrics to drive initiatives.
- Meet bi-weekly with CEO and Operations Director to review new opportunities.
- Manage Marketing team members and resources to ensure appropriate staffing and skillsets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to translate business goals into plans
- Experience designing, implementing, and refining marketing processes
- Able to work across multiple teams
- Experience optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes
- A proven track record of driving engagement
- Experience with WordPress and HTML
