Provide employees with access to withholding taxes, bank accounts and more. Payroll check history including actual withholdings and deductions already available.
Employees can request changes. Only on approval, the changes update Employees.
eNotify Update
In Q4 2024, MITC will completely redo the procedure that generates and sends out alerts and reminders to make it a service that runs in myMITC. We anticipate this will increase reliability and help MITC and customers comply with FCC regulations.
There are no fee changes associated with the upgrade.

Employee Self Scheduling
mySchedules will support Employee Self Scheduling in Q3 2024:
- Providers can use this option for selected or all employees
- Allow independent employees (Case Managers, Therapists, Job Coaches, Nurses, Respite workers and others) to keep track of which clients or job locations they are working with.
- Rearrange their own schedule based on changing circumstances.
- Provide a shareable calendar others can view.
- Managers will have usual access to their employee schedules.
MITCH - Help Desk AI Availability from myMITC
Customers using MITC AI Service or MITC AI Help Desk will be able to report and supervise the usage of their employees of their Private AI. Users will be able to report on the entire history of a chat using user ID and date/time.
- Make your training more effective: Capturing and analyzing AI History will help organizations learn what are the real problems employees struggle with and adjust their training accordingly.
- Gain visibility into employees who are struggling with basics.
- Improve service with real-time support for employees.
MITC AI (Artificial Intelligence) Help Desk (MITCH) will provide your employees and managers with a place to get their questions answered. We anticipate MITCH will:
- Save you time.
- Help onboard your new hires more quickly.
- Use your software more effectively.
MITCH will be:
- Available on any internet enabled device.
- Located in myMITC.
- Contain two sections: one for employees, one for managers
- myMITC will automatically direct the question to the appropriate content.
- Employees will be able to chat in any language (Spanish for example).
- MITCH will be available to all customers using MITC Cloud & all users using myMITC at no additional charge.
Time and Attendance Dashboard
The main way employees game a time and attendance system is by “forgetting” to clock-in / out when they are late or leaving early and asking their manager to fix their attendance. Payroll leakage can cost 1-5% of gross payroll. Make sure your time and attendance is secure. The dashboard provides real time insights into employees who may be gaming your time and attendance system with excessive edits.
The anticipated release date is 6/15 and special trainings will be provided.
myCommunications Upgrade
The next release of myCommunications will include special functionality for HR and other RS2 Administrators.
- Automate routine HR and administrative communications with HR Auto Messaging
- Select any data in Employees to create an employee list (Part Time, 401K Plan enrolled, Health Care Plan Enrolled, License, Union,
Title/Position and more) - Use list to Auto Message the selected employees through myCommunications.
- Employees can send messages to other employees and make the groups easy to use.
- HR Alerts allows any RS2 Administrator to select any group of Employees to receive the same message through myCommunications.
Great for benefit, W2 and policy announcements.

EVV Dashboard organizes all critical information to help providers ensure EVV and Time and Attendance compliance, documentation capture, billing, and payroll readiness. Gain visibility into problem areas!
Manager Dashboard
The Manager Dashboard has received a face-lift and new functionality. The Daily Report has been replaced and upgraded to the new Daily Dashboard.
Before deploying this update, MITC recommends managers attend the free training or review a recording of the training. Customers may wish to use their Non-Production Area to train managers prior to making the new release generally available.
XLS Advanced Integration
- Exports to XLSX will be able to support one million records
- Report EZ will benefit from the same enhancement
- RS2 reports will be able to export raw data to XLSX
- Raw data exports can be previewed in Report EZ (if installed)
New options for Report EZ are included.
Enhanced Biometric and Proximity Service Plan
MITC has expanded the type of Service Requests included in the Biometric and Proximity Reader Service Plan. The main changes are designed to better support customers who do not have internal IT support within their organization.
- MITC will provide direct support to any employee or manager. The goal here to is minimize the need for administrators to field day-to-day concerns about clock-in/out which usually relate to enrollment.
- MITC will assist customers with network and internet connectivity issues.
