John Graham

John started MITC 32 years ago and created one of the first telephone timekeeping systems in the early 1990s. Since then, John has continued to work directly with organizations across the globe to design effective, lasting, and affordable workforce management solutions.

John has traveled to all 50 states and territories to meet with providers and learn more about the challenges organizations face. John likes to remind us that “you don’t create great software by being brilliant, you do it by listening to customers”.

MITC provides a unique suite of integrated solutions including time and attendance, scheduling, HR, billing, documentation and Electronic Health Records. MITC now serves over 1,500 organizations around the world.

John holds a Master of Business Administration from Aston University, Birmingham, UK. In John’s free time, you can find him enjoying a glass of wine and a good meal with his wife, catching up on Historical documentaries, and visiting his children and grandchildren. John is also known to take trips throughout the year to Scotland and New Zealand for fishing excursions.
