Technology Solutions Associate (AI Tools)

MITC is looking for a Technology Solutions Associate who is passionate about helping customers succeed through innovative software, AI-powered tools, and smart technology solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them in how to use MITC’s products to streamline operations, improve performance, and achieve their goals.

You’ll combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and technology expertise to ensure customers not only adopt our solutions but truly get value from them.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, business needs, and how MITC’s software and AI applications can best support them.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels—from executives to day-to-day users—serving as their primary technology partner.
• Proactively evaluate customer accounts and recommend ways to improve efficiency, performance, and ROI using MITC solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities through “white space” analysis by uncovering unmet needs and introducing add-on systems that solve real problems.
• Respond to inbound customer marketing inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Work with our team of experienced Software Consultants to help manage the full sales cycle for add-on systems, from discovery to implementation.
• Represent MITC at customer events, conferences, and exhibitions across the U.S. and Canada.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working with customers via phone, email, video conferencing, and in person.
• A natural problem-solver who is adaptable in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.
• Interest in software, AI, and emerging technologies (experience is a plus, curiosity is required).
• Bachelor’s degree in any field — including liberal arts, communications, business, psychology, etc.

Logistics & Hybrid Schedule

Location:

Hybrid – Frederick, MD

At MITC, we support a flexible, hybrid work environment that empowers our team members to do their best work— at home or in the office.

• Most roles, including this one, follow a hybrid schedule, combining remote work with in-office collaboration as required
• The initial expectation is 3 days per week in-office for the first 3-6 months.
• Full in-office work is also available for those who prefer it.
• New hires typically work in-office full-time for the first two weeks and may spend additional in-office time during the first six months for training and onboarding.
• After six months, in-office requirements may be reduced based on team and business needs.

Equipment: Laptop, mobile phone, and all necessary equipment provided by MITC.

Compensation:

• $40,000-$70,000 salary + bonus plan with an OTE of $10,000 per annum + benefits package
• MITC benefits package value $5,000 including $1,000 HSA company contribution, 100% company paid medical premium, and a 401K match.
