We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team at MITC! If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and driving projects from idea to execution, this could be a great fit!
About You
- You value building relationships. You are comfortable making connections and cultivating partnerships.
- You are a highly organized and proactive professional with a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion. With strong leadership skills and a detail-oriented mindset, you excel at coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- You’re a clear and confident communicator who can translate complex information into concise updates, reports, and action plans.
- You think broadly and know how to juggle the big picture with getting things done.
- You adapt quickly to changing priorities and approach challenges with a thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset.
What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager at MITC, you’ll lead the implementation of multiple customer projects from kickoff through go-live. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and long-term customer success.
- Manage implementation projects, ensuring successful onboarding of new customers from kickoff to go-live.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their operational needs and configure software to meet specific business requirements.
- Coordinate internal teams—including development, support, and training—to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple active projects using existing MITC project framework.
- Lead regular customer meetings via video meeting (TEAMS) to provide updates, address questions, and keep projects on track.
- Identify risks early and proactively develop solutions to avoid delays
- Travel onsite to meet with customers in their offices roughly 2-4 trips per year. While the travel required is light, we find that meeting customers in person is a great learning experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfort with problem-solving, critical thinking, and adapting to new challenges
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project tracking tools, or similar platforms)
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
We believe great project managers come from a variety of backgrounds. Whether you’re early in your career or transitioning into project management, we’re looking for individuals who are motivated, organized, and eager to learn. We encourage you to apply — even if you don’t meet every single requirement listed.
At MITC, we value curiosity, communication, and problem-solving just as much as prior experience.
