McKenzie O’Connor

Business Development Team Lead

McKenzie joined MITC in 2017 as a Business Development Specialist. Over the years, McKenzie has taken on many responsibilities and is now MITC’s Business Development Team Lead.

As the Business Development Team Lead, McKenzie manages prospective customer engagements, conference attendance and account out bound marketing initiatives. Her team consists of specialists working with both prospective and existing customers to ensure that their workforce management needs are met and how MITC can benefit their organizations.

McKenzie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in British Media & Communications from James Madison University, VA. In McKenzie’s free time, she loves touring houses and gardens with historical significance.
