March 17, 2019 is the deadline, per the CMS rule, for states operating a section 1915(c) waiver or a section 1915(i) plan to meet new HCBS requirements. The new requirements include: integrating settings into the community, providing consumers with setting options, ensuring consumers “privacy, dignity and respect, and freedom from coercion and restraint”, providing consumers with autonomy, and providing consumers with service choices and a choice of who provides services.

Join us for a webinar on Thursday, September 14th at 2:00 pm EDT to learn how changes in HCBS rules are driving agencies to adopt new technologies.
