Starting pay $16.00 – $20.00/hr plus extensive benefits

Join our growing team! Prior experience is not required as extensive training is provided! MITC seeks energetic, consistently high-performing college graduates or equivalent to provide software services via telephone, email, and internet to help customers obtain value from day one of implementation.

Training encompasses software, best practices, delivering professional services, and how to develop implementation plans which guide customers from installation to successful deployment.

Responsibilities include responding to by email and telephone and resolving an average of 20-30 customer service requests per day logged by customers via the MITC website. Specific responsibilities include acting as the customer advocate for problem resolution, demonstrating trouble-shooting skills, handling, diagnosing, and resolving end user calls and working with other members of the team. An average service request takes 15-30 minutes to fully respond to.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills

Career progression is offered through upgrading to Project Management (provide advanced services onsite) or building on technical skill sets. MITC provides continuous training opportunities.
