Administrative Assistant

MITC, a growing software company located in Frederick, Maryland, currently has an opportunity for a results-oriented Administrative Professional. Candidates must be motivated and take initiative. A strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial. In addition, you must be able to work well with customers throughout the US, Canada, and UK by email and phone.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and revision of Contracts, Invoices,  and Licenses
  • Track customer and vendor authorizations and correspondence.
  • Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate meetings.
  • Analyze and mitigate risk.
  • Ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.

Required Skills:

  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Organized and thorough
  • High level of initiative and motivation
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be flexible and able to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage priorities with professionalism and good judgment


  • Bachelor’s Degree
