March 17, 2019 is the deadline, per the CMS rule, for states operating a section 1915(c) waiver or a section 1915(i) plan to meet new HCBS requirements. The new requirements include: integrating settings into the community, providing consumers with setting options, ensuring consumers “privacy, dignity and respect, and freedom from coercion and restraint”, providing consumers with autonomy, and providing consumers with service choices and a choice of who provides services.
This gradual shift to HCBS along with greater use of fee-for-service, managed care, and new EVV rules are pushing many provider organizations to consider how to incorporate new technologies and information systems.
Join us for a webinar on Thursday, September 14th at 2:00 pm EDT to learn how changes in HCBS rules are driving agencies to adopt new technologies.
Many providers are struggling with reimbursement, managed care, and fee-for-service. The move toward value-based reimbursement and the need for performance measurement and performance optimization adds to the pressure to reinvent both organizational infrastructure and culture.
Join us for a webinar on Thursday, September 21st at 2:00 pm EDT to learn more about building agency leadership teams.
Managing Day, Supported Employment, SourceAmerica, and Vocational programs are getting more difficult and more complex. Tracking client attendance and streamlining billing has never been more important for agencies. Underserving a client can lead to loss of revenue, while over-serving can result in non-reimbursable payroll costs.
Join us for a webinar on Thursday, September 28th at 2:00 pm EDT to learn how other agencies are managing these problems and find out more about how the latest technology for agency workforce management can help.
