MITC is offering a new service to help your organization ensure your lines are working at all times. If your telephone timekeeping phone lines fail to answer due to a hardware or power failure, MITC will automatically notify both your organization and MITC services.
MITC Line Alert can detect:
- If lines are not answering after 4 rings (they should pick up after 2)
- If lines are busy because too many employees are clocking in or out at the same time
The Line Alert service can be added to your existing Business Class Service at a cost of $38.50 US per month per line. For telephone timekeeping systems with roll over, enrolling the first line should be sufficient. To add this service to your contract, please contact MITC today.
