New Line Alert Service Now Available

MITC is offering a new service to help your organization ensure your lines are working at all times. If your telephone timekeeping phone lines fail to answer due to a hardware or power failure, MITC will automatically notify both your organization and MITC services.

MITC Line Alert can detect:

  • If lines are not answering after 4 rings (they should pick up after 2)
  • If lines are busy because too many employees are clocking in or out at the same time

The Line Alert service can be added to your existing Business Class Service at a cost of $38.50 US per month per line. For telephone timekeeping systems with roll over, enrolling the first line should be sufficient. To add this service to your contract, please contact MITC today.

All Business Class Service and MITC Cloud service plans are being extended to 24-hour coverage, 365 days of the year for Code Red service requests. Code Red includes:

  1. Telephone Lines not answering
  2. MyMITC not available
  3. Payroll emergency

Line Alert

An additional, optional service is now available:

  • Line Alert will test your telephone lines (USA, Canada & UK) to make sure they are answering.
  • If the line fails to answer (power outage, hardware failure, busy, etc.), MITC will send your organization and MITC an email.

An MITC software consultant will be available to respond 24hrs/day, 365 days/year!
